Maxme India - Impact on the Ground

The human advantage, month two

Pheww! What a month it has been. We began the year with a few focused goals and seeing them being accomplished month on month has been nothing short of a delight. Every month, we make a few observations and share our key takeaways. In February, we found out that the Indian market is anything but complacent. They are ready to question the ‘inconquerable AI’ and to embrace skills that truly matter in the long term. They also understand that while the technology we use today might become redundant in a year or, in some cases, even weeks, there are a few aspects that remain timeless, such as critical thinking, empathy, and navigating complexities in various circumstances. This month brought sharper conversations to the table.

From Train-the-Trainer sessions across Lucknow, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc., to strategic thought-leadership forums and events, February reminded us why we do what we do.

A quick deep dive into February events

Viksit Bharat – Samriddh Uttar Pradesh | Lucknow

Maxme participated in the Viksit Bharat, Samriddh Uttar Pradesh dialogue held in Lucknow, where it joined leaders and changemakers to explore what will truly power a developed India. Represented by Dr Nilanjan Mukherji, Head of Sales & Marketing, we brought one clear message to the table: growth is not just about infrastructure, policy, or tech breakthroughs, but also about people, their mindset, resilience, and their ability to adapt in an AI-shaped world.

Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education & Research | Specialised Orientation & Demo Session

Maxme organised a demo session with nursing students at Ramaiah Institute of Nursing Education & Research, part of the M.S. Ramaiah Group of Institutions, where 60+ students attended our first session on the Human Skills and Employability Suite. It was conducted by a Maxme expert trainer who taught students about the need for human soft skills in an AI-driven world. The session focused on employability requirements across global markets, job-readiness frameworks, adaptability and managing stress, a daily reality for nurses. What made the session special was the honest, real-time feedback from students. Their inputs will now help Maxme design a customised program tailored to their actual needs.

Partnership with Oculis

February also marked a significant partnership milestone. In collaboration with skillsPro360, an offering from Oculis, the Global Readiness Pathway brings together world-class knowledge with verified certificates from Harvard Online, essential human skills powered by Maxme, AI-driven interview preparation through voca, and a seamless learning journey enabled by AAI Solutions’ LearningOS, creating a holistic ecosystem designed for true global success.

Beyond the boardroom | Podcast with Renata Sguario

In February, our CEO and Founder, Renata Sguario, appeared on a podcast along with Jen Dimitri, where she delved into the need for human skills and the spotlight remained on the future of work. The episode ‘Beyond the Boardroom: Leading with Purpose & Connection’ unpacked why technical capability alone is no longer enough, and why emotional intelligence, self-awareness, critical thinking, and human connection are now the true differentiators of success. G.D. Goenka School, Kanpur

At G.D. Goenka School, Kanpur, Dr Nilanjan Mukherji engaged students with a simple yet powerful idea: In a fast-evolving world, skills beyond the textbook matter as much as degrees. Communication, Critical thinking, Confidence, and Emotional intelligence remain unparalleled. In classrooms across India, one question is rising: “How do we stay relevant?” and our answer remains consistent: build the human edge.

What February reinforced

February for Maxme India remained truly purposeful. What we learnt was that India is ambitious, institutions are listening, students want clarity and organisations want work-ready talent.

As we step into March, our commitment remains grounded in our core principles: to make India robust in the skills textbooks don’t teach, to help institutions design meaningful employability journeys, and to support organisations in scaling their human capability.

The year may be moving fast. But so are we.
