Renata is an experienced senior executive with almost three decades specialising in customer centred, technology-led, business transformation at leading companies both in Australia and abroad. Renata's passion for developing human potential has led her to founding Maxme, a Human Skills development company with a focus on providing young job seekers the much needed arsenal to secure and thrive in their dream job.
Renata is also chair and non-executive director of Future First Technologies (ASX:FFT) - formerly PS+C Limited, an ASX listed company committed to shaping the future by building a portfolio of innovative digital platforms designed to make life simpler and safer.

Kate is a senior executive whose specialty areas include strategy, corporate advisory, growth and governance and compliance. Her roles have included many global and regional remits.
Over the last decade, Kate has focussed on high growth businesses across the start-up ecosystem, initially running a venture partnership and then establishing her own business to continue to progress her work primarily with female entrepreneurs. Kate is known for her tenacity, curiosity, 'never say never' mindset and her unique ability to build fast rapport with stakeholders that drives mutually beneficial outcomes.She is a prolific angel investor, Chairperson, holds several non-executive director positions an advisory boards role a. Kate is a well-known mentor and advisor for Tech Ready Woman and Techstars.

Dr. Geethani Nair
Dr. Geethani Nair is a distinguished leader in Vocational Education and Training, with over two decades of experience driving innovation at the intersection of industry and academia. As Director of Vocational Education & Training at Western Sydney University, she spearheads B2B, practice-based skills solutions—designing and delivering industry-aligned programs that evolve in step with employer needs.
Prior to this, Dr Nair held senior leadership roles at TAFE NSW, including Head of SkillsPoint, Technology & Business Services, where she forged strong industry partnerships to deliver targeted upskilling initiatives. She also served as Chief Innovation Officer at the Digital Skills Organisation, piloting and scaling cutting-edge digital and technology training models.
A published researcher with a Doctor of Education and a Master of Information Technology, Dr Nair’s work has shaped educational strategy and policy across both the technology and VET sectors. She brings deep expertise in practice-based models that seamlessly integrate digital tools with human-centred skill development—ensuring exceptional, measurable outcomes through competency-based assessment and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
