Renata is an experienced senior executive with almost three decades specialising in customer centred, technology-led, business transformation at leading companies both in Australia and abroad. Renata's passion for developing human potential has led her to founding Maxme, a Human Skills development company with a focus on providing young job seekers the much needed arsenal to secure and thrive in their dream job.

Renata is also chair and non-executive director of Future First Technologies (ASX:FFT) - formerly PS+C Limited, an ASX listed company committed to shaping the future by building a portfolio of innovative digital platforms designed to make life simpler and safer.

Tony brings more than two decades of change management and start-up experience that has delivered successful growth across both product and services industries. He has led executive and governance teams in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Most recently Tony was the Chair and Non-Executive Director of VECKTA, a distributed energy digital marketplace start-up headquartered in California, where he had oversight through to the successful Seed round fundraise. He is currently the Chair of the CSIRO Energy business unit advisory group.

Shelin is a startup and scale-up advisor specializing in finance, strategy, operations, growth, and capital raising. She has a passion for innovative, technology-driven products/services that disrupt traditional business models. With extensive experience in the startup space, Shelin excels in scaling businesses through community building, networking, and strategic relationships. Her current roles include Head of Growth at Bay City Labs, Founder of CFOWorx and Women for Impact, Investment Manager at Shebacks.me, Angel Investor with AngelList, Virtual CFO for various companies, and Director for Silicon Beach Australia. Shelin is also a dedicated advocate for women in tech and actively supports grassroots and intersectional organizations.

Steve is an experienced business leader with a proven track record. In a career of over 40 years, predominantly in Financial Services, he has led teams across a diverse disciplines including sales & distribution, credit & risk management, operations, customer service & enterprise scale transformation in Australia, the UK & Ireland.

Steve is currently working with a range of businesses to help them disrupt traditional markets with their digital first platforms.
