New FY, New Content: Bite-size videos, Mini Quest additions & Hodie App updates ahoy!

Wow – what a year it’s been! As we enter FY26, we’re welcoming some of our biggest product updates yet.

From expanding our human skills content to launching new tools that boost engagement and accessibility, recent months have been all about making learning with Maxme even more impactful, inclusive and future-ready.

Here’s a look at what’s landed.

Mini quests, big impact

We’ve launched nine new mini quests in the Hodie app, designed to help learners continue building their human skills in shorter, more focused bursts. This is our biggest update since the app launch, bringing the total library to 21 mini quests covering essential life and work-ready skills.

Offering more than 15 hours of additional content, these new Mini Quests give participants the skills to tackle real-life challenges like:

  • Working across generations

  • Asking for feedback

  • Managing overbearing people

  • Navigating roles that aren’t what you expected

  • And more.

They’re ideal for deeper self-directed learning and for supporting participants beyond the core modules.

The new Mini Quests are now live and available to all Hodie users and Maxme program participants.

New Avatars & Summary Videos

We’ve brought a new layer of energy and personalisation to Hodie through AI-powered summary videos.

Created using an AI video platform, these 1-2 minute clips feature a friendly avatar (including Maxme’s very own Renata Sguario) who summarises each module and reinforces key takeaways in a clear, engaging format.

We know that not everyone learns best through text-heavy content. This new addition brings the learning to life, breaking up longer reads, catering to different learning styles, and making the Hodie experience more dynamic, accessible and engaging for all users.

We’ve also added Hindi and Filipino translation options for the summaries, making Hodie more accessible for learners who speak English as a second language. Facilitators in the Philippines are already embracing the new feature and say it’s making a real difference in learner engagement.

Check out the videos next time you’re in the Hodie app and let us know what you think!

Maxinus: Strengths mapping for teams

This year, we’re excited to introduce MaxInUs, a new team-focused tool that turns Maxme’s VIA character strengths data into clear, actionable insights.

MaxInUs is perfect for organisations looking to understand, grow and measure their teams’ strengths like never before. On completing Maxme’s foundational EQ & Strengths Discovery Program phases, you can harness the power of MaxInUs to:

  • view each team member’s strengths and derailers and align them to the highest impact team activities

  • make informed decisions about team structure, roles, and areas for improvement using real-time insights

  • build trust and create psychologically safe environments by increasing transparency around team dynamics

  • monitor progress effortlessly with a user-friendly dashboard that keeps you in the know.

Available to organisations via enterprise license, MaxInUs is already being used by clients like Custom Fleet to support phase two of their human skills development programs and open up valuable conversations about leadership, performance and team culture.

Amica: Offline learning for Indian schools

For schools in India where internet access isn’t always reliable, we’ve created a customised, offline-friendly version of Amica, our work readiness and strengths identification training programs for schools.

Students can complete printed workbooks that cover the same skills, missions and reflections normally found in the online Amica app. Teachers can scan and send us completed work, which we then integrate back into the system and link to the student’s file.

This approach ensures that all learners, regardless of digital access, can engage with Maxme’s human skills content in a meaningful and structured way.

What’s next?

We’re excited to continue evolving Maxme’s programs and the Hodie app to make them more accessible, flexible and impactful across a wide range of learning environments.

We’re already working on some new Hodie features we know you'll love, so stay tuned for what’s next!

Until then, if you’d like to explore how Maxme can support your team, organisation or learning program, get in touch.

If you have any ideas about how we can improve our Maxme programs and the Hodie app, we’d love to hear them!
