Program features for powerful student outcomes.

Interactive learning

Amica programs provide a multi-sensory human skills development experience, combining our online desktop program and in-class or virtual facilitation by one of our expert coaches. We take students through key learning concepts and spend plenty of time applying human skills through activities and real-life scenarios.

Accessible content

Our web-based Amica platform can be accessed on PC, tablet and mobile. Students log in to access the program, which mirrors and supports the content and activities delivered in-class. After they’ve finished the program, students can continue to access the platform and revisit all content and activities online anytime.

Flexible delivery

Our delivery approach is flexible so we can support students in-class or over holiday programs. From modular workshops to week-long sessions, we offer a range of options to suit the different needs, ages and stages of learning. All programs cover critical skills to help students achieve career success.

Amica Schools Program FAQs.

How many students can participate in a program?

In order to deliver the best learning experience, we have a ratio of no more than 50:1 students to a faciltator. For groups above this number, we’d suggest conducting two separate programs or sessions.

Can you run programs over school holidays?

Yes, we can and this is a great way to keep the momentum going over the holiday period. As long as we have a venue and school representatives in attendance, we’re good to go!

Can we pause a program due to unforeseen events?

We’re flexible and can adjust schedules to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.

Are Maxme facilitators Working With Children certified?

Yes, all our coaches and in fact our entire Maxme team have their Working with Children certification. We can provide these details along with any other vaccination details in advance of coming to your school.

Does a teacher or parent need to be present during an Amica program?

Yes, we do require teaching staff to be present during a program. This is both to hep supervise the students but also provides the opportunity for teachers to absorb content and perhaps reflect on how they can continue the learning post-program.

Do students need access computers to access Amica?

Because Amica is an online system (purpose-built by Maxme) students will require access to a computer. This is because as part of the program, they need to set up confidential profiles and complete online activities. The upside is that they can continue to access content after the program has finished.
